Vision: The institution always focuses on the vision and mission of the college for which the technological implications play a vital role in the holistic development of the student. In this regard the Commissioner of Collegiate Education has initiated various Apps such as TLP, FRS, I-Map & F-Map for the effective delivery of teaching learning process and transparent administration. The college promotes the usage of the apps effectively. With the vision of making students confident enough in various fields and to impart soft skills and life skills in them, our college started an activity on every Friday where in the students are exposed to academic and non-academic activities like group discussion, mock interviews and entrepreneurship skills which can help them to be more creative, thoughtful and skillful. Apart from student progression activities, community connectivity is also given priority through Uddanam Seva Samithi.
Values: Students are motivated to attend Prayer held daily before they start their classwork and inspired them by famous quotes of scholarly and prominent figures which helps them to fabricate their thoughts. The practice of newspaper reading in three languages helps the students to acquire better language skills. Student exchange programmes, Faculty exchange programmes and Faculty forum are conducted as part of capacity building in students as well as faculty.
Virtues: Students from economically challenged are supported by ‘Sahara Fund’ which is a fund pooling from students and staff to cater the timely needs required at the time of natural calamities and emergencies. During the lockdown period due to COVID-19, masks, sanitizers and vegetables were distributed to the poor and needy. Cyclones are the most prevalent natural calamities in Srikakulam District during which students and staff involve in the process of rehabilitation. Thus the college extends services towards society.
Victory: Our College always strives for the holistic development of the students in terms of education, sports, games, career prospects etc. Student result is one of the strengths of our college. It facilitates students to get placements and higher education. In this regard students are encouraged to attend the coaching for competitive examinations and career counseling programmes conducted in the college. Entrepreneurship skills are promoted through 25 certificate courses offered in the institution. The institution also encourages students and faculty to implement their innovative ideas through incubation centre. Recently Mushroom culture and Organic farming are initiated in the campus.
